The purpose of these terms is to regulate the use of the website of THE OWNER, which is made available to the public.

Access and/or use of this page attribute the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the general conditions of use reflected here. Mentioned conditions will be applicable regardless of the general contracting conditions that may be obligatory.

 

Use of the portal

www.firenzetam.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter "the content") on the Internet owned by THE OWNER or his licensors, which the USER may access. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access to certain services or content. In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which they will be responsible, committing to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (chat services, blog, forums or newsgroups) that THE OWNER offers through its portal, and in an enunciative but not limited manner, agrees not to use them for:

•       Engaging in illegal activities or actions contrary to good faith and public order.

•       Spreading content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, promotes terrorism or violates human rights.

•       Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of Firenze Tam, its suppliers or third parties; introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages.

•       Attempting to access and, if applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

•       Using the website or the information contained therein for commercial, political, advertising purposes or for any commercial use, especially in sending unsolicited emails.

THE OWNER reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to youth or childhood, public order, safety, or which, in his opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, THE OWNER will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chat or other participation tools.

 

Payment policy

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

Available payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, bizum, paypal, and paypal pay in 3.

Why might my credit card be rejected?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

•       The card may be expired. Check that your card has not exceeded the expiration date.

•       The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the permitted amount for purchases.

•       Some entered data may be incorrect. Ensure that you have correctly filled in all necessary fields.

Shipping policy

The delivery time will depend on the items purchased. Custom order models have a delivery time of 20 business days. Items in stock will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days. These deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Likewise, in exceptional cases, this period could be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in delivering the merchandise.

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands).

International shipping is available to Italy, Portugal, France, England, and Germany. (In Stock: 5 to 10 business days) 

Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they will vary depending on the destination.

 

IN STOCK: 3 to 6 business days

ON REQUEST: Shipments within a period of 20 business days from acceptance of the order.

ON REQUEST WITH VARIATIONS: The shipping timeframe will be specified in the emails confirming the order, once it reaches the checkout stage.

Policy on changes, returns and cancellations:

In case of returns and exchanges, only items in stock can be returned or exchanged. Custom order products are not available  for returns (specified in the description of each item). Requests for returns or exchanges should be made via email to contacto@firenzetam.com, specifying the reason. Once the item is received at our warehouse and upon inspection to ensure it has arrived in the same condition as it was sent, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days.

For returns and exchanges on international shipments, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To cancel your order, you must request it via email to contacto@firenzetam.com, within a maximum period of 24 to 48 hours, provided that the order is not already in the delivery process, as notified to the customer via email.

You will receive the refund confirmation via email within 14 calendar days. Please note that depending on the type of payment used, the refund may take a few days to appear in your account (if you used a credit card, the settlement date of the amount is not within our control).

 

Preparation of the package in case of exchange and return:

·       All shipments, whether for exchange or return, must be sent in the original cardboard packaging or similar characteristics (plastic bags are not accepted), securely sealed. In the case of returning items in packaging larger than the returned items, please ensure that the items are properly placed and do not move around.

·       You must include the purchase receipt inside the box of the item to be exchanged and/or returned. This step is crucial for us to identify your return when it arrives at our warehouse.

If the returned item shows any damage, the acceptance of the return or exchange may be denied.

Once the email with the exchange or return instructions is received, the customer must drop off the package at the nearest post office within 7 business days from when the label was sent. You can either print the label received by email and attach it to the package or show it at the post office.
