I work with materials, unique fabrics and textures, to give to every single piece a particular touch, a different hallmark.

I do not only focus on the raw material, but also on what it transmits and what can be created with it, striving to work in a responsible and sustainable manner.

All designs are crafted by hand, paying close attention to every detail; with the possibility, through orders, of obtaining a unique and exclusive piece.

Each garment undergoes a process of design, manipulation, pattern making and packaging that I carry out myself in my own workshop, all with great care and dedication.

How do we work?


Exclusive Design


Garments of unique and limited designs, each telling a story with a message.
We focus on an audience that seeks to invest in quality, innovation, and art, and who identifies with our garments, aiming to make you dream, feel confident, and empowered.

For exclusive already created designs, it will be determined by the brand.

Models that can be reinterpreted by varying colour, material, size, while maintaining the cut and design. To acquire these, please communicate via message indicating the model, and the order and purchase will be followed through email. The shipping time is 20 business days from the payment date, and returns are not possible.

You can also find unique and unrepeatable models, available only in the indicated size. Their shipping time is 3 to 6 days, and returns are possible.

For bespoke designs, appointments should be requested by completing the form on the contact page. For this type of tailoring, a model will be designed according to the client and the event; copies of other designers' work are not made.


Prêt-à-porter Design



WE OFFER YOU THE COMPLETE LOOK…

The Prêt-à-porter designs are limited collections, among which you can find casual garments, accessories such as fascinator hats, bags, and shoes.

The brand will determine which products are available for purchase by order or in stock.

You can find models that can be acquired in other sizes, these are purchased to order, with a shipping period of 20 days, and returns are not possible.

Products that are in stock in the indicated sizes have a shipping period of 3 to 6 days, and returns are possible.

IN STOCK: The item is ready to ship.

ON REQUEST: Items that must be made once it has been purchased in the desired size.

ON REQUEST WITH VARIATIONS: These can be ordered via email through https://firenzetam.com/contact by filling in the 'message' with the name of the desired model and the size/measurements. A response will be provided with the next steps for customization.

  1. Shipping and delivery times:

The delivery time will depend on the items purchased. Custom order models have a delivery time of 20 business days. Items in stock will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days.

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands).

International shipping is available to Italy, Portugal, France, England, and Germany. (In Stock: 5 to 10 business days) 

Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they will vary depending on the destination.

  1. Returns and exchanges:

In case of returns and exchanges, only items in stock can be returned or exchanged. Custom order products are not available for returns (specified in the description of each item). Requests for returns or exchanges should be made via email to contacto@firenzetam.com, specifying the reason. Once the item is received at our warehouse and upon inspection to ensure it has arrived in the same condition as it was sent, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days.

For returns and exchanges on international shipments, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To cancel your order, you must request it via email to contacto@firenzetam.com, within a maximum period of 24 to 48 hours, provided that the order is not already in the delivery process, as notified to the customer via email.

You will receive the refund confirmation via email within 14 calendar days. Please note that depending on the type of payment used, the refund may take a few days to appear in your account (if you used a credit card, the settlement date of the amount is not within our control).

Collaborations and rents

In case you have an audio-visual project, an editorial or a red carpet, contact me, let me see your project and the brand will evaluate it.

Depending on the project, the selected clothes and the quantities, a collaboration or a rent will be possible. In case of rents, the price may vary depending on the pieces of cloth and the days that they will be used. In either of the two cases, the customer will be responsible for both its collection and its return.
